For those of who have not already seen it, this relatively new feature from Kahoot call math symbol editor is of special help to math teachers and students. Math symbol editor is now part of the built-in features in Kahoot creator allowing you to easily add a wide variety of formulas and equations into “questions, answer alternatives and slides in your Kahoot”. Math editor is available for free for all teachers and educators.
To open the math editor, click on f(x) and use the provided options to type in a formula or equation, once finished click on Insert. Another great feature from Kahoot that math teachers will find helpful is the ability to use images as answer alternatives in your kahoots. These can be practical when “explaining graphs and fractions in a more interactive way”. You can use either your own images or select from kahoot’s library. You can also mix both images with text to make your kahoot more engaging.
